At TopNam Academy LLC, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our refund process for the QA AutoTest Accelerator / QA AutoTest Interviews program. Please review the details below to understand the conditions under which a refund may be requested.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1. Time-Based Refund

You may request a refund within 5 days of your enrollment date.

2. Usage-Based Refund

You may request a refund if you have not completed more than 50 AI mock interview questions, even if within the 5-day period. The platform automatically tracks the number of completed AI interviews. Our infrastructure has a real cost. The AI tools we provide consume compute per query, so the refund policy is structured to prevent abuse while still offering a fair trial period.

If either of the conditions above is met, you are eligible to submit a refund request.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • You accessed program materials or AI Mock Interviews Coach after the 5-day period.

  • You completed more than 50 AI mock interview questions, regardless of when.

  • You violated the program’s Terms of Use, including but not limited to sharing login credentials or redistributing course materials.

  • You submitted a refund request after the eligibility conditions had expired or were no longer met.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us

    • Send an email to support@autotestaccelerator.com with the subject line: “Refund Request” 
    • You can also reach us at (702) 337‑3335 for billing or access-related issues only.
      If we’re unable to answer right away, we’ll return your call by the end of the business day or the next business day.

2. Provide the Following Information:

    • The email and full name used during registration

    • Phone number

    • Date of enrollment

    • Reason for requesting the refund.       

3. Review Timeframe
Our team will review and respond to your request within 5 business days.

4. Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming whether your refund request has been approved or declined.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during enrollment.

  • Please allow an additional 10–14 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

  • If your refund request is declined, we will provide a clear explanation in writing.
